Low water issues:
Before contacting the office to dispatch a patrolman, please check your filters and make sure your private valve is on all the way. NSID works to provide water at the appropriate levels to the delivery point. Valves, filters, pumps and pipes beyond that point are landowner responsibility. Water users often have clogged filters or airlocks in their system that cause low water.
