Elections

Annual Elections: The election of directors is held on the second Tuesday of December each year. Candidates for the position need to submit a Declaration of Candidacy, signed by at least 10 qualified electors by the first Monday of November at 4:00 p.m.. If only one person files for a position, an election is not required and is declared elected.

Special Elections: The directors may call a special election to submit matters for which voter approval is required by the laws of the State of Washington. This will be posted in the Yakima Herald as well as on Legal Notices.

Voter Proxies: If the qualifying parcel is owned by an LLC, trust, corporation or is now part of an estate, you will need to identify the authorized voter to be eligible to vote. Please complete the relevant Voter Proxy Form from the side bar and return to info@n-sid.org or our mailing address.
